Welcome to the Liberty Bell Museum website. Explore our website and you’ll discover why the Liberty Bell traveled from Philadelphia to Allentown in 1777. You’ll learn about the rich and patriotic history celebrated in our museum.

Our mission is to educate children, youth and adults about the brave and patriotic actions of everyday citizens who in the formative years of our nation risked their lives in the cause of liberty. Our goal is to inspire people to emulate those revolutionary patriots and to promote faith and freedom symbolized by the Liberty Bell.
